DT project for Paper Hoarders

A Birthday Tag. :) I used embossing folders for the cuttlebug, colorbox cat eye liquid chalk, acrylic paint, 3d dots, and flower embellishments from recollections. Had fun making this. Hope you enjoy it. :)
